Tonya K. Brown

Tonya Kay (Boone) Brown, 68, of Storm Lake, IA and formerly of Fort Dodge, IA, died Monday, July 8, 2024, at her home. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1426 N. 32nd Street – Fort Dodge. Memorials may be directed to the family. Arrangements are with Historic Bruce Funeral Home of Fort Dodge. 

Tonya was born November 16, 1955, in Texas, the daughter of Tony R. and Margaret (LaBaume) Boone. She graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High in 1974. On October 20, 1996, she was united in marriage to Clayton Brown. Tonya enjoyed knitting, quilting, crocheting and many other craft projects. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Tonya is survived by her daughter: Katelin Kay Brown; step-son: Clayton Curtis Brown; and 2 brothers: Michael and David Boone, Texas.

She was preceded in death by parents; and her husband on December 21, 2005.
