            Theresa M. Nichols, 79, of Fort Dodge, died Friday, July 24, 2009 at the Trinity Regional Medical Center.            A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday July 28, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at Bruce Graham Funeral Home with the Reverend Bob Henkelman of Hope Assembly of God officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service on Tuesday. Inurnment will follow at the St. Olaf Cemetery Fort Dodge.            Theresa Case was born June 23, 1930 the daughter of Clarence and Mabel (Haraldson) Case in Fort Dodge. Theresa attended school in Fort Dodge. In March 1948 Theresa was united in marriage to Dean Nichols. The couple later divorced. Theresa was a homemaker and attended church at Samuel Lutheran Church, Eagle Grove, Iowa.            Those thankful for having shared in Theresas life include Daughters: Susan Nichols of Eagle Grove, IA; Marian (Nathan) Strayer of Klemme, IA; Barbara (Willis) Jergenson of Kanawha, IA; Gale (Larry) Draves of Clarion, IA; Son: Michael Dean Nichols of Savannah, GA; One Son in Law: Clem Steil of Eagle Grove, IA; Sister: Ellen Pilotte of New Mexico and Half Brother: Clinton Case of Michigan; 11 Grandchildren; 26 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild. Theresa is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.            Theresa Nichols was preceded in death by her Parents: Clarence and Mabel Theresa Case; Daughter: Dawn Anne Steil; Grand Daughter; De Anne (Dan) Johnson and Great Grandson: Andrew Johnson.            Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
