Shane Wendland

Shane Wendland 43 of Fort Dodge died Sunday July 2, 2017 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home surrounded by family. Celebration of life will be at Rides Banquet Center at 5pm on Friday, July 7th. 

Shane Wallace Wendland was born July 11, 1973.  He attended Fort Dodge Senior High.  Shane was an avid outdoorsman.  He loved fishing, camping, and hunting.  He had a special talent for playing pool.  He loved all animals especially his dog Kylie.  Shane is survived by his dad, Wallace (Sheryl) Wendland, sister LeeAnn (Curt) Strutzenberg, brother Greg (Melissa) Wendland, brother Barry Raymond, sister Tami (Israel) Swanson, brother Jami (Heidi) Raymond, special friend Regina Fletcher and ten nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his mom Judy McCarville Wendland and his best friend Bob Christy.
