Rob Helgeson

Rob Helgeson 64 of Fort Dodge died Monday, February 13, 2017 at the Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Rob's wishes were to be cremated with no services and burial of his cremated remains in North Lawn Cemetery in Fort Dodge.

Rob Helgeson was born August 26, 1952 in O'Neill, Nebraska to Robert and Mary Smith Helgeson. The family moved to Fort Dodge when he was a young child. Rob attended Fort Dodge Public Schools. Rob enlisted in the United States Army and served in Vietnam. After the service he did various things, working in many states and occupations. He is survived by his mother.
