Richard Amond Loomis was born on May 28, 1961 and passed away on September 21, 2019. Rich was born and raised in Fort Dodge Iowa, attended Fort Dodge High School graduating in 1979. Rich had many friends that can revel you with stories. Rich attended the University of Iowa, making life-long friends, before moving to Chicago, IL. While in Chicago, Rich attended Northwestern University graduating with a degree in Finance. Rich lived in many unique places in Chicago, one with the L-train right outside his bedroom window. Rich was musically talented, playing the bass and he was a member of the Wheaton Symphony Orchestra. Rich was also a great outdoorsman, spending many fall days hunting with his dad and brother. Late in life, Rich married Bernadette Giron, who survives him. Other survivors include his brother, Allen (A.R.), wife, Liz and their children Robert, Jared and Suzanne. Proceeding him in death are his parents, Bob Loomis and Margie Loomis. If you feel inclined, a donation can be made to your favorite charity in Richs name.
