Randy R. Krug

Randy Krug, age 62, of Rockwell City, passed away on May 11, 2019 at Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Historic Bruce Funeral Home in Fort Dodge on Wednesday May 15th from 4 – 7 pm with a time of sharing at 6:30 pm.

Randy Ray Krug, the son of Harold and Colleen (Lutz) Krug, was born on July 26, 1956 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Randy was married to Jeanice Steenblock in 1977, they were later divorced. Despite parting ways, Randy cared deeply for Jeanice. On July 17, 1987 Randy married Kelly Lennon. They were later divorced but remained close friends throughout the years. Randy worked as a mechanic working on heavy equipment. Handy Randy enjoyed building, tinkering and working with his hands. He was a kid at heart and always had a good joke. Randy loved his grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them.

Left to cherish Randys memory are his daughters, Angie (Brian) OHair of Cedar Falls, Christina (Steve) Fisher of Humboldt, Kimberly (Curtis) DoBraska of Ankeny and Jesse Krug of Fort Dodge; grandchildren, Luanna, Jackie, Gaven, Quin, Sam, Haylen and Norah; and brothers, Wayne (Debrah) Krug of Otho and Dale (Vickie) Krug of Fort Dodge. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Carol Newburn.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
