Pattee Jewel Josephson, 71, of Webster City, IA died Thursday, January 6, 2022, at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at the Historic Bruce Funeral Home, 923 1stAvenue South – Fort Dodge, with Pastor Allan Redenius of First Covenant Church officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at Historic Bruce Funeral Home. Interment will take place in North Lawn Cemetery. Per the request of the family, masks are required.  Services will be live streamed via the Historic Bruce Funeral Home Facebook page. Memorials may be directed to the family.

Pattee was born September 24, 1950, in Jefferson, IA, the daughter of Cleone E. and Marian M. (Morlan) Smith. She graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High in 1968, and continued her education at Iowa Central Community College. On August 1, 1969, she was united in marriage to Larry D. Josephson at the First Christian Church in Fort Dodge. Pattee worked at Peoples Credit Union until her retirement in 2012. Pattee enjoyed scrapbooking and spending time with her family – especially her grandchildren. Each summer she would take her grandchildren for a week and they would go camping or make a trip to Adventureland. She also enjoyed shopping with her daughter, attending craft shows with her friend Pearl, sitting in the sun, being the “family photographer”, and sipping on a nice cold Diet Coke.

Pattee is survived by her husband of 52 years: Larry D. Josephson of Webster City; daughter: Tami L. Stinson of Sun Prairie, WI; 3 grandchildren: Cody J. Stinson and wife Carrie Jo of McFarland, WI, Connor D. Stinson and wife Stephanie of Sun Prairie, and Colin E. Stinson and fiancee Kaela Rahaman of Sun Prairie; 2 great grandchildren: Maddie Kanoff and Aubrey Jo Stinson; brother: Jeffrey Smith and wife Angie of Princeton, IA; and 2 step-brothers: Donald Schlickman and wife Cathy of Dubuque, IA and William Schlickman and wife Barb of Dubuque. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
