Nicholas Todd Jacobson

Nicholas Todd Jacobson, 40, of Fort Dodge, IA, died Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at his home. Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family. Arrangements are with Historic Bruce Funeral Home of Fort Dodge. 

Nicholas was born September 7, 1984, in Perry, IA, the son of Julie (Whitehead) and Tracy Jacobson. He graduated from Douglas County High School in 2002 . Over the years, he worked for a large variety of jobs. Nicholas enjoyed cooking and being outdoors.

Nicholas is survived by his mother: Julie Irby and husband Michael of Dayton, IA; his father: Tracy Jacobson of Castle Rock, CO; his grandmothers: Myrna Whitehead of Perry, IA and Marge Glass of Woodward, IA; and siblings: Tyler Jacobson of Castle Rock, CO and KaLynn Bauer of Franktown, CO. 

He was preceded in death by his grandfather: Stephen Whitehead.
