Michael John Larsen

Michael “Mike” John Larsen, 49, of Fort Dodge, died Sunday, December 26, 2021, at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home. A private family graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery in Humboldt, IA. Memorials may be directed to the family.

Michael was born March 27, 1972, in Fort Dodge, the son of Rolland and Sheryl (Rusher) Larsen. He graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High in 1990. Mike enjoyed working on small engines and motorcycles. He could make anything run. He also enjoyed listening to good sound and built a super sound system.

Mike is survived by his daughter: Kennedy Larsen of Fort Dodge; his father: Rolland Larsen of Humboldt, IA; his mother: Sheryl Larsen of Fort Dodge; brother: Mark Larsen and wife Christine of Indianola, IA; and 2 nephews: Christopher and Drew.
