Lois Norma Jean Freund

Lois Norma Jean Freund, 81, of Fort Dodge, died Saturday, October 18, 2008 at Greenleaf Health Care.             Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2008 in the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum at North Lawn Cemetery with interment to follow.             Lois was born April 30, 1927 the daughter of Patrick and Lillian (Grimes) Archer in Fort Dodge, Iowa.              Lois worked in the kitchen at Zakeers for several years.  Later when she moved to Greenleaf she found she enjoyed participating in the bingo games.             Those thankful for having shared in Lois life include her son Kenneth F. (Patty) Freund of Otho, one granddaughter Christine (Brian) Degner, three great grandchildren; Nathan, Angela and Randy.           Mrs. Freund was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters; Doris Baird, Evelyn Challberg and one brother; Lloyd Archer.
