Kevin Gary Leith, 38, of Fort Dodge, died Thursday, June 19, 2008 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Epworth United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the North Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 until 8 p.m. Monday at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home.

Kevin was born August 6, 1969 the son of Gary L. and Joyce (Worster) Leith in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Following high school Kevin enlisted in the Iowa Army National Guard on August 19, 1987 serving until his honorable discharge on August 18, 1995. On April 23, 1994 Kevin was united in marriage to Jackie Bird at the Epworth United Methodist Church.

Kevin was known by all to have a huge heart and a generous soul to anyone in need. He loved children in general but would bend over backwards for his nieces, nephews and especially his own. Kevin enjoyed his family time as well as time with friends. His passions included music, dancing, collecting antique toy tractors and sports. Kevin had favorite teams in all sports but his true love was for the Green Bay Packers and the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Kevin was a member of the Epworth United Methodist Church.

Those thankful for having shared in Kevins life include his wife, Jackie, children, Samantha, Alisa and Gary T. Leith. His mother, Joyce Leith of Fort Dodge, four sisters; Lisa Lynch of San Jose, CA, Jill (Mark) Decker of Burnsville, MN, Cathy (Derek) Prelip of Fort Dodge, Jena (Andy) Fritz of Fort Dodge, one brother James Leith of Fort Dodge, twelve nieces and nephews and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mr. Leith was preceded in death by his grandparents; Harlan (Bud) and Loretta Worster, Lloyd and Gladys Leith, and his father Gary L. Leith in December of 1997.
