Joyce E. Dial

Joyce E. Dial, 64, of Fort Dodge, died Friday, January 7, 2022, at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, IA. Services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family.

Joyce was born July 1, 1957, in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Georgia (Cook) and Fred Jones Sr. She attended West Port High in Kansas City, MO. In August of 2012, she was united in marriage to Everett Dial in Fort Dodge. Joyce was a homemaker who loved spending time with her family – especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed BINGO, dancing, singing, cooking, doing hair and playing cards.

Joyce is survived by 9 children: Reginald Jones and wife Aquanda of Fort Dodge, Tamika Howard of Minnesota, Sonja Mack of Texas, Ricardo Mack of Fort Dodge, Theresa Hutchinson of Ohio, YKimbely Mack of Fort Dodge, Brandie Mack of Fort Dodge, Jeremy Mack of Fort Dodge, and Avery Dial of Fort Dodge; 42 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and 1 brother: Fred Jones Jr. and wife Edna of Nebraska. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and 5 siblings: Brenda Jones, Olie Donnell, Gloria Jean Chaney, Sonja Lane Donnell, and her twin brother: Royce Jones.
