Jennifer Ruth Beahler, 54, of Fort Dodge, IA, died Thursday, April 3, 2025, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Regional Medical Center. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at the Historic Bruce Funeral Home, 923 1st Avenue South, with Rev. Kendall Meyer of St. Paul Lutheran Church officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be directed to the family. Arrangements are with Historic Bruce Funeral Home of Fort Dodge.
Jennifer was born June 21, 1970, in Iowa, the daughter of Howard W. and Ruth E. (Derrig) Spike. She graduated from Community Christian School in 1988, and continued her education at Buena Vista University where she earned her BA Degree. On November 20, 1993, she was united in marriage to Bradley F. Beahler at St. Paul Lutheran Church. Over the years, she worked as an accountant for Greenfield Trucking, Schnurr Accounting, Ramthun Trucking, St. Paul Lutheran Church and Overhead Door. Jennifer found true joy spending time in the great outdoors, where she reveled in camping and hiking. She enjoyed shopping. Jennifer was an avid reader and was often lost in the pages of a good book. In her younger years, she enjoyed gardening and attending car shows. More recently, Jennifer discovered a passion for knitting and crocheting.
Jennifer is survived by her husband of 31 years: Brad Beahler of Fort Dodge; and her son: James Beahler of Fort Dodge.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother: James W. Spike.
