Jean Martinez

Jean Martinez, 61, of Fort Dodge, IA, died Monday, September 7, 2020, at Unity Point – Trinity Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Sunday, September 13, 2020, at the the Historic Bruce Funeral Home, 923 1st Avenue South.

Jean was born August 17, 1959, in Fort Dodge, the daughter of Frances and Virginia Owen. She graduated from St. Edmond's High School. Over the years, she worked for Centrum Valley Farms. Jean enjoyed following the Kansas City Chiefs, attending races in Webster City, fireworks and the holidays, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Jean is survived by her children; Shannon Corrales of Fort Dodge, Debra Wildt of Fort Dodge and Christopher Wildt of Williams and eleven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Rosemary Coppinger.
