Jammie M Strong

Jammie M Strong 62 of Coalville passed away at his home on March 19, 2018. No services are planned at this time.

He was born February 6, 1956 in Lawton, Oklahoma to James and Donna Pohlman. As a child he was adopted by his grandparents, Kittie and Albert Strong and was raised in Clarion, Iowa. After graduating from Clarion High School he served in the United States Army for almost thirteen years. After his discharge he returned to Iowa and took motorcycle mechanic class and later nurses aid training. He was united in marriage to Janice Wood on August 15, 1993. The family spent a short time in Kansas and then returned to Fort Dodge. Jammie enjoyed motorcycles and playing video games.

He is survived by his wife Janice of Coalville, son Jimmy of Webster City, stepson Michael (Melissa) Wood and granddaughter Haley of Coalville. He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter.
