Jacquelene Peterson 69 of Fort Dodge died April 3, 2015 at the Paula J. Baber Hospice Home in Fort Dodge, Iowa. A gathering of family and friends will take place at Jacqulene's home at 2443 Elm Drive in Fort Dodge on April 7th from 2-4
Jacquelene Peterson was born December 16, 1945 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Marion and Mary (Pigman) Redman. Jackie received her G.E.D. and continued her education at Iowa Central Community College and Bernell Beauty School. She was united in marriage to David Peterson on August 11, 1960 at Epworth United Methodist Church in Fort Dodge, IA. Jackie worked various jobs throughout her life. She worked construction, owned and operated her own Trucking Firm, JC Trucking, worked at Northwest Body, and the Woman's Correctional Facility in Rockwell City. Jackie cooked at Roman Inn for over 25 years and most recently was a hospice volunteer.
She is survived by her three daughters; Crystal Parish and her friend (Bob Hathaway) of Fort Dodge, Carolann (Ramon) Olvera of Manor Texas and Cathlene (Jeff) Peterson-Jensen of Primghar, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings; Sherry Birkey of Manson, Terry Redman of AZ, Calvin Redman of AZ and Mark Redman of Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 sisters, 2 brothers a granddaughter and long time companion Ray Thede
