Grady Harper

Grady Nell Harper, 59, of Fort Dodge, died Sunday, August 26, 2007 at her residence.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 31, 2007 at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home.

Grady was born February 4, 1948 the daughter of Roy and Johnnie Mae (Seals) Brookshire in Meridian, Mississippi. Grady loved going to the Hall and spending precious time with her family. Her passion for feeding the wildlife and enjoying the great outdoors were treasurers held near and dear to her heart.

Those thankful for having shared in Gradys life include her children; Joyce (Russell) Teggatz of Prosperity, SC, Baranaca Harper of New York, Yuel Harper of Cedar Rapids, IA, Session (Sharon) Harper of Fort Dodge, IA, Trouis (Patty) Harper of Fort Dodge, IA, two sisters; Sylvia Brookshire and Debra Brookshire both of Fort Dodge, IA, Hubert Ford of Ohio, Willie Ford of New Jersey, Eddie Brookshire of California, twelve grandchildren; Sonata Harper, Jay Johnson, Beyonce Harper, Brooks Brookshire, Brenton Brookshire, Sachet Harper, Sienna Harper, Shaw Lawrence, Tanikia Harper, Thymathie Caldwell, Carmya Mosley, Trouis Harper, Jr., four great grandchildren; Tatiyana, Darin, Thadeus, Tytus, and many Nieces and Nephews.

Mrs. Harper was preceded in death by her parents, one sister; Caroline Naylor and one brother; Roy Brookshire, Jr.
