Gale Steven Phillips

Gale Steven Phillips 58 of Fort Dodge died Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at the Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge. Bedside memorial services were held at the hospital and Steve was cremated following the services.

He was born April 6, 1957 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Dwight and Gladys Phillips. He attended school in Rolf and Pocahontas. Steve worked at Life Works for several years but due to his poor health he had to retire. He is survived by his mother Gladys Maassen of Fort Dodge, two brothers and three sisters. He was preceded in death by his father and 2 sisters.

He will be missed by all who knew him.
