Florence M. Hagge, 65, of Gowrie, died Wednesday March 31, 2004 at the Columbia Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, Las Vegas, NV.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at the United Church of Christ Congregational, Moorland, with the Rev. James Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the McGuire Bend Cemetery, Lehigh. Visitation will be held from 4 until 8 p.m. Monday, April 5, 2004 at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Center.

Florence was born July 4, 1938 the daughter of Willard and Violet (Wood) Ball in Eagle Grove, IA. She attended school at Woolstock as well as Fort Dodge.

Florence loved to spend time with her family and looked forward to traveling with her long time companion Dewayne. She enjoyed the anticipation involved in her favorite Bingo game but truly loved the thrill of playing the old one armed bandit.

Those thankful for having shared in Florence’s life include her loved one, Dewayne Fiala of Gowrie, children, Kirk (special friend Gina) Worrel of Linden, IA, Kevin Hagge of Fort Dodge, Kim (Wayne) Carlson of Paton, IA, Corrine (fiancé Marvin Jensen) Hagge Gowrie, one brother, Willard H. (Helen) Ball Jr. Golden Valley, AZ, three sisters, Pat (Frank) Hiracheta of Moorland, Nancy (Bob) Crandall of Gowrie, and Donna (Al) Trott Moville, IA, eight grandchildren, Jessica and Glen Worrel, Brent, Michael and Jenna Carlson, Sam, Zoey, and Carson Hagge and one great granddaughter, Alexandra.

Florence was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother, Donald Ball.
