Elizabeth G. Amo

Elizabeth G. Amo, 96, of Fort Dodge, died Sunday, February 05, 2006 at the Trinity Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 10th, 2005 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church with the Rev. Timothy Geitz officiating.  Interment will follow the service in the Fort Dodge Memorial Park Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Thursday from 5-7 p.m. at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Center.

Elizabeth was born on June 6, 1909 the daughter of Charles A. King and Anna (Priske) in Eldora, IA.  She also spent her school years in Eldora through the eighth grade.  On June 12, 1929 Elizabeth was united in marriage to Lehr Amo in Webster City, IA.

Ms. Amo was a long time member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge.  In her free time she enjoyed creating oil paintings and spending time growing flowers and other plants.

Those thankful for having shared in Elizabeths life include her two sisters Leslie Marian Moris of Oregan and Eleonar J. (Bill) Bisacchi of Oregon.  Elizabeth is also survived by special friend Don Jacobs of Fort Dodge.
