Dianne Johnson

Funeral Services for Dianne Johnson 72 of Fort Dodge have been changed and will be held Friday, March 14, 2014 at 5:00 pm with a luncheon to follow, all held at the Historic Bruce Funeral Home.  Visitation will be Thursday, March 13, 2014 4:00 pm to 6:00 p.m.  Visitation will continue on Friday one hour prior to services. Dianne Francis Johnson was born January 3, 1942 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Charles and Francis (Gray) Ferris.  She grew up in Fort Dodge and attended Fort Dodge Schools.  She was married to Richard Johnson On October 23, 1971 in Phoenix AZ.  The family resided in Fort Dodge. Dianne enjoyed cross stitching and crafts. She also loved to listen to her police scanner to know what was happening in the area.  Dianne died Sunday, March 09, 2014 at the Fort Dodge Health and Rehab Center. She is survived by her step-children; Pam Johnson of Fort Dodge, Daniel Johnson of Council Bluffs and Russell Johnson of Clive.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters and three step-children.
