Delores A. Bacon

Delores A. Bacon, 100, of Fort Dodge, died Thursday November 11, 2010 at the Fort Dodge Villa Care Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November16, 2010 at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in the Fort Dodge Memorial Park Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be given to the ort Dodge Villa Care.

Delores was born December 14, 1909 in Red Rock, Iowa the daughter of Lonnie and Bertha Jones.   She later moved to Des Moines with her family and at 17 she moved to Fort Dodge. 

Those thankful for having shared in Delores life include her son Glen (Margaret) Nickless, grandchildren, Sheri (Tim) Jeske, Lynda (Mike) Jeske, Kathy Wiederaenders, great grandchildren, Bradley, Andrew, Melissa, Megan, Dustin Jeske, Wes and Luke Wiederaenders.

Mrs. Bacon was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harold Nickless in 1949, and her son Maurice Nickless in November 1978.
