David LeRoy Fetters

David LeRoy Fetters, 59, of Fort Dodge, died Sunday May 23, 2010 at the Trinity Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday May 27, 2010 at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home with the Rev. Allen Henderson officiating.  Interment will follow in the Fort Dodge Memorial Park Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 5 until 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

David was born March 6, 1951 the son of Francis and Luella (Jetter) Fetters in Iowa City, IA.

David was an avid fisherman who enjoyed spending the day casting his line and waiting for the big catch.  He was looking forward to the summer racing season so as to be able to go watch his brother Marvin race.  David also enjoyed playing bingo and was ready to go at the drop of a hat.

Those thankful for having shared in Davids life include his mother, Luella Liska, six brothers, Larry Fetters, Charles Fetters, Francis Fetters, Ron (Julie) Fetters, Lester Fetters and Marvin (Mary) Fetters.

Mr. Fetters was preceded in death by his father, Francis Fetters, one brother Travis Fetters and a sister Esther Marie Fetters.
