Carolyn Ann Howard

Carolyn Ann Howard was born January 6, 1958 in Fort Dodge, Iowa to Elmer and Margaret (Halligan) Rykhus. As a child the family moved to California where Carolyn attended school. She was united in marriage to Tracy Howard and to this union two sons, Jeremy and Chad were born. The family lived in Lake Oswego, Oregon and Carolyn was employed by Hollywood Video as their warehouse foreman. The past few years she has resided in Fort Dodge. Her granddaughter, Clara Ann, was the light of her life.

On October 24, 2015 Carolyn died at her home in Fort Dodge. She is survived by her sons; Jeremy Howard of Lake Oswego, Oregon and Chad Howard of Portland, Oregon. She is also survived by her siblings; Kathleen Rykhus, Fort Dodge Debra Rykhus, Fort Dodge, James Rykhus, Boulder City, Nevada, Lorraine Rykhus, Fort Dodge and Michael Rykhus, Farnhamville.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson in infancy, Hayden Michael Howard.
