Bonnie Pigman, 77, of Fort Dodge, died Friday, June 29, 2007 at the Tompkins Memorial Health Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday July 2, 2007 at the Lehigh Methodist Church with the Rev. Dennis Shepherd officiating.  Interment will follow in the Blanchard Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 3 until 6 p.m. Sunday July 1 at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home.

Bonnie was born August 11, 1929 the daughter of Ervin and Opal (Williams) Cutting in Vincent, IA.  She attended school in Lehigh.  On October 9, 1946 she was united in marriage to John Pigman in Fort Dodge, IA.  To this union six children were born.  Over the years Bonnie has worked at Treloars in Fort Dodge and L&L Café in Lehigh.  She moved to Fort Dodge in 1993 after her home was destroyed by the flood waters.  Bonnie then went to work at the Community Day Care for several years.  Bonnie especially enjoyed being a Foster Grandparent.

Bonnie loved to play Bingo and play the slot machines.  She had such pride when she was able to spend time with her grandchildren.

Those thankful for having shared in Bonnies life include her children; Danny Pigman, Eileen (Dan) Richardson of Lehigh, Darrell (Sylvia) Pigman of Lehigh, Bonnie (Terry) Dillon of Garfield, MN and Lori Peterson of Fort Dodge, three sisters; Inez Long, Susie Brown, Vickie Klinger, two brothers; Jimmy and Kenneth Cutting, 16 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Pigman was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one infant son Darrell, one sister Luella Martin and one brother Clarence Cutting.
