Beverly Richardson

Beverly Jean Richardson, 64, of Fort Dodge, formerly of Lehigh, died Monday February 7, 2005 at the Trinity Regional Medical Center.

Visitation will be held from 5 until 8 p.m. Wednesday February 9, 2005 at the Bruce-Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Center. There will be no services.

Beverly was born June 29, 1940 and raised by Henry and Ellie (Abbas) Smidt in Britt, IA. She graduated from the Britt High School in 1958. In June of 1959 Beverly was united in marriage to Darrel Richardson. The couple was later divorced.

Bev owned and operated Bev’s Beauty Salon for many years.

Beverly enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was active in numerous church activities and a member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include a son, Michael Richardson of Lehigh, one sister; Shirley Dusenberg of Mesa, AZ, five grandchildren; Thomas, David, Heather, Jenny, and Owen Richardson.

Mrs. Richardson was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Mitchell Richardson, and one brother, Vernon Veldhouse.
