Anita Philbrook

Anita Philbrook, 60, of Fort Dodge, IA, died Friday, August 5, 2022, at UnityPoint Health – Trinity Regional Medical Center.  Private family services will be held at a later date.  Memorials may be directed to the family.

Anita was born December 2, 1961, in Webster City, IA, the daughter of Everett and Deanne (McFarland) Simpson.  She attended Webster City High School. On June 26, 1986, she was united in marriage to Michael D. Philbrook in Webster City.  Anita enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, playing cards, fishing, being outdoors, going for rides on the gravel roads and looking at the river.

Anita is survived by 4 children:  Jeremy Philbrook and wife Lindy of Webster City, Jamie Philbrook of Fort Dodge, Miguel Luevanos and husband Donald of Fort Dodge, and Shylenna Philbrook of Fort Dodge; 5 grandchildren:  Brittany, Landon, Johanna, Bryce and Raven; 1 great grandchild; and 3 sisters:  Teresa Pagett of Minnesota, Barbara Dingman and husband Jeff of Fort Dodge, and Patty Repass and husband David of Fort Dodge.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by parents; and her husband in 2018.
